It is also funny how they always compare stats and figures from the most recent high year. Every market had great years for 04 and 05 and those years were NOT NORMAL. The nation had a huge jump in prices and we are merely getting back to normal. Sellers will all realize this very soon and prices will stablize.
Our market has not seen a decrease in price. While some sellers continued to price-up their property by leaps and bounds from mid-2005, we have still seen price increases from those 2005 levels. If a seller is unwilling to recognize he is still to far up priced, he will have to reduce. We anticipate a great 2007 market and increases in REAL values of 10% or more for the year.
